  1. Whom do we serve?
    Individuals, corporations, small businesses, estates, and trusts.

  2. Who can benefit most by our services?
    Any individual or business with a financial, tax, or investment problem; or who would like to plan for their financial future. Also, any clients who desire a higher, more sophisticated level of financial or investment planning services than they receive from their other professionals.

  3. What is a financial plan?
    An overall review of your financial situation, taking into account your goals and objectives and focusing on such areas as: asset management, tax planning, estate planning, risk management, educational planning, and retirement planning. The plan analyzes and recommends ways that you can pursue your financial objectives. Depending on your specific desires and needs, some or all of the above areas will be addressed by the plan, which may be presented orally, in writing, or a combination of the two.

  4. What is a wrap program?
    A wrap program is one in which clients are charged a fee—not a commission—for professional money management. Within this program clients are able to purchase a number of different mutual funds and individual stocks without being charged a load or a commission. The wrap account fee is typically a percentage of assets in the account.

  5. What types of investment strategies do we typically recommend?
    Lighthouse Investment Group, Inc., generally makes long-term recommendations. We most often  recommend a careful asset allocation with prudent diversification and enough liquidity to meet the anticipated needs of each client.

  6. Will client information be kept confidential?
    Yes, it is the law.

  7. Does our relationship end once a program is completed?
    Absolutely not. Working with us at Lighthouse Investment Group, Inc., is an ongoing process and not a one-shot transaction. We offer ongoing client service and periodic reviews. We pride ourselves on educating our clients every step of the way.
